Automation and Workforce are the two pillars EACC Cincy has identified as being key and core to the success and growth of our region's manufacturing and operational company base. Our inaugural AUTOMATE 2025 event on April 3rd was hugely successful: packed with practical information provided by expert speakers, attendees left with new insights, connections and energy. We intend for the same to be true for this inaugural WORKFORCE 2025 event.
This year we are choosing to focus on non-traditional talent pipelines, namely veterans and apprentices:
VETERANS: discover the unique and valuable skills the veteran talent pool brings to industry, from a veteran entrepreneur and a business with a veterans program
APPRENTICESHIPS: these have garnered increasingly more attention from businesses and government alike. United Grinding's story is one of partnerships, creativity and execution, and serves a model for other manufacturers.
Workforce development resources will also be touched upon (we all know TechCred, but there are more financial & training opportunities available).
Don't miss this key EACC Cincy event and if you are interested in sponsorship please contact Claudia Schroeder to secure your spot (limited number available).
