Event Description:
Please join us on July 22 for an employment-based immigration lunch-and-learn roundtable discussion with Peggy Shukairy, Attorney, Frost Brown Todd LLC. Peggy practices U.S. immigration and nationality law. In addition to assisting clients obtain non-immigrant and immigrant employment-based visas for foreign national employees, she advises and trains companies on immigration compliance and workforce enforcement issues. Peggy will be joined by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service Community Relations Officer Joann Szczotka to provide the view from 'the other side' of the visa window.
This roundtable discussion will focus on employment-based visas with a special focus on visas for intercompany transfers, entrepreneurs, and business visitors. Join us as we discuss questions such as:
- What can a B-1 Commercial or Industrial Worker do in the U.S.?
- What visa options are available to Entrepreneurs?
- How does a company qualify for a Blanket L and what are the advantages of a blanket?
